How does harmony link work

Nokia is on board, where are you Logitech?? This device looks great and I am interested. I note on one of the comments an Australian was advised not to buy from USA as it would not capture programs from Austraian TV providers. I love it! Please tell me how to fix infrared code for that button. I know that the Guide funtion not will work in holland, but i want the link even without that function. Not impressed the remote is much better need a lot of work on the control setup for the iPad.
