I made an error and put in 2T of A1 Steak Sauce instead of the worcestershire sauce and it still turned out great. This is a keeper. It is now in our rotation. I loved the gravy! I had to sub some A1 for the Worcestershire and it came out good. This was delicious, I tweaked the gravy just a bit with a splash of wine.
